Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of Orbit (“we”, “us”), the client portal operated by LVerbeeck. By logging in you agree to them.

1. The service

Orbit gives agency and client users a portal to manage websites, content, billing, support, captured leads, and online reputation. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

2. Accounts

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity under your account.
  • Access is granted per site and role; use only the access you have been given.

3. Billing & refunds

Where a plan is paid, it is billed through Stripe (or by arrangement) on the interval agreed. Fees already due remain payable on cancellation; access continues to the end of the paid period.

We don’t give prorated refunds for the unused part of a billing period. If you were charged in error (a duplicate charge, or a charge after cancellation), email us within 14 days and we refund it in full to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days.

4. Data & the leads you receive

  • You keep rights to your content and the lead data captured from your websites.
  • For those leads, you are the data controller and we act as your processor under our Data Processing Agreement — you are responsible for a lawful basis and privacy notice for the people who contact you.
  • You grant us the limited licence needed to host and process your data to run the service.

5. Acceptable use

Don’t upload illegal content, breach or overload the service, or process personal data without a lawful basis.

6. Availability & liability

The service is provided “as is”. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits.

7. Termination & changes

You can request account closure at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonable. We may update these terms; material changes are announced in-app or by email.
